My favorite Mexican food in Fort Worth. Always fresh cooked and delicious. The margaritas are exceptional. The hot sauce is the best.

Mi Cocula is ALWAYS a fantastic meal with servers who get to know you and are there to make your experience pleasant! We have never had something we didn’t love. An amazing neighborhood go-to!

the food is pretty good and the prices are better. they just use too much fake "velveeta" type cheese for me

Food was fantastic! Grilled chicken very tender & all full of flavor. Menu does take some time to decipher. Restaurant was clean, seems newer but need to upgrade their table cloths & improve decor. Doesn't match the price of the menu. Wasn't impressed with the bathrooms. Staff was excellent!!

We continue to be wowed by this understated, lesser-known Mexican restaurant. In contrast to some larger, louder Mexican restaurants in the area (which we also love), Mi Cocula is quieter, offering deliciously prepared dishes with friendly, attentive service.

Had lunch - chimichangas. It was very good. I would certainly return and recommend.

I'm picky about Mexican food but this place impressed me. I had the cheese enchiladas with charro beans and rice. The enchilada sauce was very good, the charro beans were perfect, and the rice was good (and I don't usually care for it). The chips and salsa were better than most places I've been.The environment is small and not too loud. The service was perfect. I will definitely eat here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. We waited forever to be seated on a Sunday afternoon with only 2 tables being served in an empty restaurant, where another couple came in behind us and pretended to be the hostess since it was taking so long to get service. Then instead taking our order (when all of our menus were shut and we had been waiting for a while OBVIOUSLY ready to go) the waitress decided to go remove plates extremely slowly from a table next to us, cash out another table (so now there's only two tables, us and another table of 2). We ask for our check due to the long wait time and we were never ask why, no one tried to save our business or acted like they cared as we walked out the door . This was our first and last visit. Terrible service but never got to try the food so we can't rate that and it's a shame because we were looking forward to it

Excellent food & serviceThe fajitas and grilled vegetables were just right.This was a surprise birthday party and had around 40 or more attending.The staff did a Excellent job with the crowd.Look forward to returning soon to try the other options available.

Very good Mexican regional food. Salsa and chips are very good. The Cuban sandwich is fabulous. Other dishes are also good. Wait staff is pleasant and very attentive to customer needs.

Great service and great food

We came in town from McKinney to take the kiddos to the FW zoo. We got a hotel down the street, and decided we wanted Mexican for dinner. We were hoping for something non-chain, and found this place with excellent reviews. It was NO JOKE! Even with overly picky kids, we all absolutely LOVED the food. Everything we ate was fantastic, and our waitress was one of the best we have ever experienced. Highly recommend, coming from Mexican food enthusiasts/critics!

I agree with, Michelle Cortez. This place is horrible! If I could rate a zero I would, or lower. We were a party of 4, we got our meals at different times. The food is by far the worst Mexican food I have ever eaten, we all left full plates of food. Way over priced for food that nasty. My advice is, save your money, go elsewhere. Our 4 meals were 94 dollars, I've had a lot better, for much less.

Neighborhood jewel with fantastic food and excellent service. Not standard Tex-Mex. Lots of interesting and delicious options and brunch items available on Saturday and Sunday.

The food was very fresh. I ordered the grilled poblano stuffed with shredded chicken and ranchero sauce. My dish had so much flavor! The chicken was tender and moist and it was topped with a little spinach and mushrooms. I asked for veggies instead of rice and beans and the grilled vegetables were very delicious along with the side arugula salad. My son got fajitas and he said they were very tasty the chicken wasn't dried out. Their fajitas are not brought out on a sizzling plate like some resturants. His dish was plated with rice a black beans and he said it was very good exactly what he wanted. The service was excellent the atmosphere is very nice the salsa was tasty and the chips were fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be back.

My boyfriend, his brother from out-of-town, and I ate there this afternoon. Very friendly and attentive waitress, excellent food. My boyfriend had the tinga chicken, his brother had the chimichanga with rice and charro beans, and I had a chicken enchilada and a spinach enchilada with rice and charro beans. The charro beans were wonderfully flavored and the portion sizes were well-balanced. Not too much and not too little. Will definitely be back!

Mi Cocula It's a Wonderful restaurant with amazing food I can't. The wait staff is awesome. Edgar service today and he was so wonderful. We're praying for our favorite server, Maribel. It's an awesome place to dine.

Great food, try the pork gorditas, best on the block. Great service, fast and friendly and clean.

First time to eat here. I walked over from Discount Tire while I waited and was pleasantly surprised. I had a very strong margarita and some appetizers. I'll definitely come back to have dinner sometime.
